I've been in OR taking care of my dying Grandmother...
I took her out for a ride in the beautiful Southern Oregon countryside today and she asked me a favor during our little day trip, or rather asked me to make a promise to her, that when she dies I'll include a phrase in the Eulogy she's asked me to give.
She said she's an old woman and knows she's going to check out any minute, so she made me promise. She wants me to conclude her Eulogy by mentioning the phrase below:
"I just wanted everyone here to know that Dick Cheney is an asshole."
I dunno about you, but I think you've got to really respect an 89 year old woman who wants her final parting thoughts delivered to her friends and loved ones to be, "Dick Cheney is an asshole."
I'll do it, but I don't know how I can do it with a straight face.
Any recommendations?
